Response time aur AMC scope
Normal faults, urgent recorder failures aur planned maintenance ke response targets contract mein likhe jaate hain. Is page par koi fixed emergency arrival time promise nahi kiya gaya hai. Visit frequency, parts/labour, exclusions, reporting aur charges approved written proposal mein confirm honge.

Security aur gopniyata
Login details, camera layouts aur security-sensitive information ko sirf authorized contacts ke saath secure process mein share kiya jana chahiye. Client ya branch ki details permission ke baghair publish nahi ki jaati. Credentials handover aur access responsibilities project ke mutabiq agree ki jaati hain.
